- Normal wear-and-tear to the Invisible Fence® Brand system
- Preemptive service, such as flagging the boundary prior to aeration or landscaping work
- Power surge damage to control panel or surge protection system for equipment failure
- Training assistance for pets who completed containment training through Invisible Fence® Brand
Our Power Cap® Plan ensures you receive a new battery every three months, so you have one on hand exactly when you need it. Let us know how many pets are on the system and we will enroll each of them onto a new Power Cap® Plan. Choose to have your first battery ship immediately if you’re fresh out, or in three months if you’ve just received the last battery of your previous plan.
What is NOT covered by the Program?
- Service due to the addition of a new pet to the Invisible Fence® Brand System
- Service that is due to loss of equipment
- Changes to the design of the Invisible Fence® Brand system
