Warranty Protection
All our products are made to protect your pet for a lifetime; however, we know things happen. To aid in the protection of your pet, our GPS Collar comes with a one-year limited warranty for the whole system except broken or spun posts.
Do you have to have good cell phone service for this to work?
Having 'good' service can make your experience smoother, but it is not required. Notifications may be delayed and tracking may appear to have lag time, but the GPS Collar will still work to contain your pet.
How long is the battery life and how does it charge?
The GPS Collar battery life is up to 72 hours; however, we do recommend your pet takes a break from the collar after 12 hours. Your GPS Collar comes with a charging base that connects with a USB C port on the back of the charging base and a provided power cable and wall adapter.
Is the GPS Tracking Plan required?
Our GPS tracking subscription is required for establishing their initial boundary, making adjustments to their current fence, or transitioning to a different fence. It also provides you with real-time tracking and alerts sent directly to your smartphone. The first year of your subscription is included with purchase of the GPS Collar.
Our subscription includes access to expert training videos, ensuring you have the tools to effectively train your pet to gain confidence with their GPS collar while prioritizing their safety and well-being.
Yes! The collar stores data much like your phone when using a mapping app. This is a great benefit for our customers who have both inground and GPS. Peace of mind knowing there is a back-up option available for our pets!
What are boundary set up requirements?
Boundaries MUST be placed a minimum of 25 ft off roads. GPS system boundaries can move due to satellite positioning. Digital fence posts must be placed with a clear view of the sky which allows the collar to receive GPS data more quickly. We recommend these be placed at least 25ft per story away from any structure, dense tree coverage.
