How to Set Up a Subscription for My Invisible Fence® GPS Collars

Information on how to set up a subscription for your Invisible Fence® GPS collars.

If you are setting up multiple subscriptions, the billing frequency will be different depending on the day each subscription was started.

1. Start with setting up your collar. For more information, visit How to Onboard and Setup My Invisible Fence® GPS Collars.
2. Check your email (email will expire in 30 minutes). Be sure to check your junk mail if you don’t see it in your inbox. If it has been 30 minutes or more, tap the Resend Email at the bottom of the app screen. Please note that for each subscription you are setting up, you will get a unique email.
3. Tap Activate Plan.
4. Enter payment information and checkout. Once the payment is successfully processed, your app will notify you when your collar is ready if you have notifications set up.
